You do not have an order in our system until your 50% deposit is paid. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable to another order. Refunds of the remaining 50% payment are at the discretion of the manager and depend on factors such as proximity to the pickup date, if we've started your order, or if we're fully booked and have turned other customers' orders away.
